Welcome to Sale Community Web

JP Joule more infoSale is a bustling town which originated on the banks of the river Mersey many hundreds of years ago. This website is for all residents, past and present, and visitors. We hope it will give a comprehensive guide to what goes on in Sale.

The town has undergone a lot of re-development in recent years. Go to Google maps, streetview for a tour of the town - example. You can click on the arrows to journey round the town and double click to zoom in. Hold the mouse button and drag to pan round - brilliant!!

This website provides free publicity to promote what goes on in the community. The main emphasis is on the voluntary sector, charities and non profit groups, local activities and consumer issues generally.

Use the navigation menus above and below to find your way round.

WE NEED YOUR OLD LAPTOPS! - WE NEED YOUR OLD LAPTOPS!

ST MARGARET WARD CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL needs them to loan to children for use at home. You may think your old laptop is not worth donating but we can recycle many into Chromebooks for just £15. They get a new lease of life as a web based computer. Please email us at office@smwprimary.net if you think you can help. See here for more info and here for how we have the hard drives professionally wiped clean of all data before they are converted.

OUR SCHOOL NEEDS YOU!
