It's a game that includes an active social side and can help you to meet people and find new friends as well as providing a sporting challenge. Lions Tigers Softball Team Dynamic Yoga, Hatha Yoga If you want to get fit, meet new people or just try something new then korfball could be the sport for you! Korfball is high-tempo sport played by mixed-sex teams, similar to handball, basketball and netball. You don't need any special equipment, just turn up in normal sport/gym kit and be up for it! The first 3 training sessions are free.
